I’m a naturopath, real-food educator, and mom who believes that raising well-nourished kids starts with well-nourished mothers. My work is rooted in the idea that health doesn’t have to be complicated — it has to be consistent, real, and grounded in the rhythms our bodies actually understand.

I help parents feed their babies and children with confidence, support their gut health naturally, and build simple routines that make everyone in the family feel better… without perfection, pressure, or the latest “miracle trend.”

And for postpartum moms?
I’m here to help you rebuild your energy, nourish your hormones, and come back home to your body again — gently, steadily, and with foods that make real biological sense.

Why I do this work

I’ve been studying the connection between food, the gut, and whole-body health for over 19 years. I’m degree-qualified as a Naturopath, trained through the Kundalini Research Institute, and obsessed (in the healthiest way) with understanding how we can support mothers and children through real food, herbs, and the science of the microbiome.

But the truth is, none of this work is theoretical for me.

I’ve lived the exhaustion, the depletion, the overwhelm that can hit in postpartum. I’ve spent years studying how early nutrition shapes a child’s gut, immunity, and long-term health. And I know firsthand how hard it can feel for parents to navigate a wellness world full of extremes, powders, and protocols that promise the world but forget the basics.

Real Food Family was created to bring the conversation back to what actually matters:
simple, nourishing, gut-supportive meals that help mothers and children thrive.
